Superintendent Leadership Panel: The Threat of Low Teacher Morale on District Success

EAB and AASA, The School Superintendents Association, invite you to watch a special webinar for district leaders on-demand in which the critical challenge of improving low teacher morale is discussed.

About the Webinar

As students nationwide try to move forward from 18 months of continuous disruption to their education, they need one resource more than ever: engaged, effective teachers. But recent surveys show that 7 in 10 teachers are suffering from low morale and don’t feel able to bring their best work to the classroom. Further, districts’ investments to improve teacher morale – such as expanding wellness programs and increasing teacher appreciation efforts – have not made the impact district leaders hoped.

EAB and AASA invite you to hear from a panel of superintendents who are engaged in improving teacher morale across their districts facilitated by experts from EAB. The webinar will explore the key causes of low teacher morale, how leaders are diagnosing and prioritizing their district’s core issues, and the solutions they are using in their districts.
