SAU partnered with Academic Performance Solutions to put key department metrics into the hands of academic leaders and finance committees that would help to inform requests and make allocation decisions.
By streamlining their department review process across campus, SAU saved 700 hours of time by using standard reports, $446K in reallocated faculty lines, and was able to serve and review 100% of their departments rather than just a handful at a time – all in addition to uncovering new opportunities for improvement.
