Through a pandemic, recession, and widespread civil unrest, district leaders could be forgiven for simply putting on a hard hat and trying to survive each week. But leading through uncertainty requires a longer-term view and a clear vision of the objectives that will define success, and so EAB has worked with dozens of district leaders to clarify the objectives that schools should remain laser-focused on no matter how the surrounding landscape unfolds.
