When Buena Vista University, a 1,500-student private institution, failed to retain 40% of their freshman class, they knew that certain factors, like a low high-school GPA, indicated that those students may be less likely to retain. To mitigate these factors and set students up for success, BVU partnered with EAB to implement Navigate.
