Title: Operation Reset: Rebuilding the Conditions for Positive Behavior in Schools
-
About the Session: As schools work to move forward from the pandemic, districts nationwide are reporting startling increases in bullying, disruptive behavior, and even violence among students. EAB's interviews with teachers, principals, and superintendents alike revealed a common sentiment: "students have forgotten how to function in a school environment, making learning acceleration impossible and pushing exhausted teachers to a breaking point. This session will present a playbook of innovative, proven, practical strategies that districts can deploy to hit reset and quickly rebuild the conditions for positive behavior in schools. Participants will explore best practices, identify areas of opportunity for their district, and walk away with concrete next steps.
