California State University Fullerton (CSUF), part of the California University system, has 34,305 undergraduate students. CSUF has a 67.8% six-year graduation rate and an 88% retention rate.

California State University Fullerton (CSUF) previously had a decentralized advising model and lacked standard processes to train advisors or direct students to the right resources. Additionally, underrepresented minority students graduated at a lower rate than their peers.
To combat these issues, CSUF partnered with EAB to implement several major initiatives on campus, including:
- New student success centers within a centralized, collaborative structure
- Faculty engagement programs
- An audit of procedural inequalities
