On-Demand Webinar with our Partners at Elizabeth City State University (ECSU)
Confronted by an enrollment decline, leaders at Elizabeth City State University (ECSU), a public, historically black university in North Carolina, sought to improve retention of their existing students. Upon closer evaluation, they realized they were losing students due in part to a disconnect between advisors and students
To help bridge the divide between advisors and students and remove the guesswork around academic planning that was causing many students to stop out, ECSU partnered with EAB’s Navigate. Navigate now enables ECSU advisors to collaborate more effectively with students and create long-term, comprehensive plans to support timely graduation.
During this webinar, ECSU’s Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Farrah Jackson Ward, and ECSU's Technology Support Technician, Kenya Hilton, discuss how their team has leveraged Navigate to enhance the ability for advisors to connect with students—and helped turn around their enrollment decline as a result.
