We’ve seen that the biggest issues facing higher ed are no longer under the purview of any one leader, making it all the more challenging to inflect change.

We updated our research approach to address this tectonic shift and are bringing those changes to the way we convene senior-most, institutional leaders.

At IgnitED, we will investigate:

  • Why has talent and space strategy become so critical to the student experience and student success in this moment?
  • How do we recapture the attention of bright, mission-oriented people to become a talent destination, especially among Millennials and Gen Z?
  • What are scalable ways to support faculty and staff mental health and well-being amid the great burnout?
  • How do we optimize our virtual and physical campus spaces to advance our most important institutional ambitions?

Join us in Chicago for a meeting in which EAB will lead you and your peers through a series of case profiles and interactive workshops designed to activate learning around our latest organizational effectiveness research and the ramifications for the higher ed landscape.

We encourage you to attend with peers from your institution to take advantage of the content and simulations to start making decisions for your campus. This event is best suited for Cabinet-level leaders.
