On-Demand Webinar for District Leaders

Strategic Imperatives for the 2024-2025 School Year: Lessons from 150 Superintendents

EAB hosted a webinar to share insights on the most critical priorities for Superintendents for the 2024-25 school year. Watch the webinar on-demand for key takeaways from 150 Superintendents on the biggest challenges districts faced last year, and which priorities rise to the top as the most critical to address moving forward.

About the Webinar

K-12 districts have faced no shortage of crises over the past several years: from stalled learning, disruptive behavior, and chronic absenteeism, to plummeting teacher and staff morale. But with shrinking budgets, burned out staff, and no clear path forward many district leaders have found limited success in addressing any of them.

As we look ahead to the 2024-25 school year, district leaders once again face the daunting task of identifying the priorities that are most urgent to make progress on.

In this webinar, we will highlight the most important areas for superintendents to prioritize in 2024-25 and insights from EAB's research on how districts can make real progress on them. Drawing on insights and data from hundreds of superintendents from across the country, we will discuss which challenges loomed largest for K-12 this past year, which priorities are the most critical to address, and how creating intentional capacity for change and collaboration among districts leaders are essential moving forward.
