To combat several years of stagnant persistence and graduation rates, York Technical College undertook a large-scale approach to improve student success using a Guided Pathways framework.
As part of their student success overhaul, they launched EAB’s student success management system, Navigate, as a tool to empower staff and students inside and outside the classroom. Several recent efforts sought to:
- improve student success with Guided Pathways
- guide undecided students to a best-fit major
- implement meta-majors with the help of technology
