Future-proofing Your Graduate Operations

Last year, EAB and NAGAP’s survey of graduate enrollment leaders revealed that 92% of respondents were moderately to extremely stressed at work and 67% were considering leaving their jobs. While staff dissatisfaction appears to have decreased somewhat, it remains a significant issue.

As many institutions find themselves in a tightening budget environment, adding staff is often not a feasible solution. In this context, it is important for enrollment leaders to consider ways to alleviate strain by adding new efficiencies into their workflow. This report explores several strategies for increasing efficiency, including through new artificial intelligence tools.
